The benefits of Jojoba oil

Most natural skin care products contain Jojoba oil: it is a fantastic care and protection for your skin, helps retain moisture in your skin, and leaves your skin feeling silky smooth.The structure of Jojoba oil resembles natural sebum and works to regulate oil production. This makes this oil particularly suitable for oily skin that normally produces a lot of sebum, but also for very dry skin that normally produces little sebum. Skincare for dry skin

Jojoba oil is actually not an oil but a natural wax. When you apply it to dry skin, it creates a sort of wax layer on the skin that protects it against moisture loss. It therefore hydrates dry skin intensively.

Origin of jojoba oil

Jojoba oil is extracted from the seeds of the jojoba bush (Simmondsia californica). In fact, jojoba oil is not an oil at all; it is actually a liquid wax. Below 15° Celsius, jojoba oil even takes on a solid form. You can see this happening as a kind of cloudy appearance in the oil. This has no effect on the quality. And as the temperature rises, this oil becomes liquid again.
