Reishi is one of the most well-known mushrooms and comes from Asia. It has been used for thousands of years and has become an indispensable part of Europe. It is also called the mushroom of immortality and for good reason. This Reishi powder comes from China and is grown there in a responsible and organic way. Reishi is good for the blood circulation*, among other things.

Why a powder and not an extract?

We specifically chose a ground powder of the entire fruiting body instead of an extract. Yes, it is true that with an extract you have a stronger concentration of active substances (especially polysaccharides). However, this also means that the product has been more heavily processed to obtain this extract. In addition, this often means loss of other important nutrients and bioactive compounds. Personally, we are more in favor of using the product in its most natural form. In this way, all the components of the mushroom are preserved as much as possible, so not only the polysaccharides but also the fibers, proteins, vitamins, minerals and other phytonutrients.

Procedure

Add 1 tsp (3.5 grams) 1 to water, tea, chocolate milk, a smoothie or make a latte 1 to 2 times a day. Can also be used as an addition to savory dishes.
