Breath Free is a natural balm based on various volatile oils and aromatic substances. Breath Free is used to inhale through the nose.

Inhaling vapors released by body heat or by adding the ointment to hot water provides relief from the airways. To breathe more freely and to have a soothing effect on airways.

Breath Free Instructions

Use:

To vaporize - dissolve 1 teaspoon in hot, not boiling, water several times a day. Inhale the released vapors for 10 to 15 minutes.

To rub: several times a day, including before going to bed, rub the chest, back and neck and cover warmly.

Storage: At room temperature, out of reach of children.

Warnings: Intended for external use only. Do not apply to the nose or eyes. Wash hands after use. Not to be used on children under 3 years of age. Do not allow children to use unsupervised.
